FEATURES * P-1 dB: 33 dBm min. * NF: 4.8 dB max. * Small Signal Gain: 32 dB typ. * Bias Condition: 15 V / 1.5 A max. DESCRIPTION The TA025-035-31-33 is a 33 dBm power amplifier designed for operation in the 2.5 to 3.5 GHz frequency range. This amplifier utilizes high power devices that provide excellent linearity and high gain. High efficiency operation is achieved by using hybrid MIC designs and advanced GaAs PHEMT devices.
